Located in a bustling downtown Los Angeles neighborhood, the 102-year old property has served several functions over its history. At the heart of the development is the adaptive reuse of the existing Morrison Hotel. The hotel will be rebranded as a 245-key boutique hotel with influences from its musical past. Ground floor commercial spaces will include a lounge and underground night club.

Connected to the existing Morrison Hotel along Pico Boulevard, a ground-up tower addition will provide additional guest amenities with ballrooms at the ground and thirteenth floors. Topping off the hotel is a pool deck and lounge area with views across the Hollywood Hills and southern Los Angeles basin.
