The 15-story mixed-use residential and retail building consists of 90 luxury apartment units, 5,100 SF of retail, four levels of above-grade parking, and resident amenities on the skydeck and podium levels. Situated south of the Hollywood Hills and just east of Beverly Hills, at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and La Jolla, the shape of this high-rise residential tower reflects the spirit of Los Angeles. The building echoes the shape of a lens, with an undulating facade punctuated by balconies. The convex profile helps create view corridors between the taller buildings along Wilshire Boulevard, opening up and continuously reframing one’s relationship to the city.
